What is VIP Consigning?

• Standard Consignor makes a 65% commission on their sales. As a VIP Consignor, you would make 45% of your sales. You will be charged a $10.00 VIP Consignor fee (taken out of your Consignor check – you don’t pay it up front).


• If you want to Consign your nice items, but don't have time for consigning process, our VIP Program is your solution!


• A VIP Processor will gather, prep, tag, enter, and deliver your items to our upcoming event! You'll still earn a Private Pre-Sale Pass.


• Your items will be priced at 25-35% of retail.

Where do I sign up?

Thank you so much for your interest in the VIP program. The program is currently full for the spring season. We are still accepting traditional consignors. Please let us know if we can help in anyway.

Are there other fees for VIP, besides the consignor fee?

There is a $8 supply fee, for safety pins, hangers, string tags, misc.

How Do I Pick Up My Check?

The Consignor check will be available on Pick Up day. If you do not pick up the check, it will automatically be mailed to you.

How Do I Get My Pre-Sale Shopping Pass?

You will receive the passes by mail, hand delivery by the processor or they can be left for you at the event to be picked up at Pre-Sale.

What Do I Do About Items That Don't Sell?

You must pick up any unsold items (if they are not marked for donation) during Consignor Pick Up times immediately following the event.

The VIP Processor will NOT be responsible for returning unsold items. If you do not pick up unsold items during the designated pick-up times, items will be donated promptly at the end of the last pick-up time on that day.

Acceptable Items

We love baby gear, toys, books, maternity items, movies, etc! Car Seats MUST BE VERY CLEAN! If the seat has stains, food, dirt, etc., we will not accept it.

All clothes and shoes need to be Spring/Summer only. All clothing must be seasonally appropriate, less than 2-3 years old, and freshly washed (please make sure clothing is free of pet hair as well). All Spring & Summer Items will be accepted for this event including but not limited to: short-sleeved shirts and shorts, jeans, tank tops, and lightweight transitional items like long sleeve shirts. We will accept swimsuits and other pool/beach items!If you have outfits, please fold them together so your VIP Processor will know what goes together. Any items that require batteries to work must have working batteries and items must have all parts.

How Do I Deliver Items to Processor?

Whatever containers you choose to deliver your items to the VIP Processor in will NOT be returned. Please use boxes or bags to deliver your items.

Are there Any Item Limits?

In order to keep our inventory of the highest quality we are limiting consignors to: ~ Each consignor can bring 200 items total. (other limits on infant, maternity and juniors still apply) ~ WE WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTING A MAXIMUM OF 30 NEWBORN (0-9 MONTHS) CLOTHING ITEMS PER GENDOR PER CONSIGNOR. ~ WE WILL BE ACCEPTING A MAXIMUM OF 15 MATERNITY CLOTHING ITEMS PER CONSIGNOR. ~ WE WILL ACCEPT A MAXIMUM OF 20 HANGING CLOTHING ITEMS IN JUNIOR SIZES. (this is anything above a size 16-18) In the past, we have had an abundance of newborn, Junior and maternity clothing items.

Please keep in mind, these should be teen brands/styles that are appropriate for Spring/Summer. Please do not send adult clothing or brands, processors will not be able to enter them.
Also, we do NOT accept formal dresses or prom dresses.

We Cannot Accept the Following Items

Recalled items
Any battery-operated toys, swings or bouncers, etc. that do not function.
VHS Tapes
Used Underwear
Stuffed animals (unless they are Build-a-Bear or Talking /Animated Animals)
Any items that are stained, torn or overly worn
Items with missing buttons, broken zippers or lost parts
Bags of loose toys unless theme oriented (i.e. bags of all army toys, Barbie toys, all cars and trucks, etc.)
Breast pumps
Used bottle nipples/used pacifiers
Crib bumpers
