We print your barcodes and you pick them up and attach at home BEFORE your drop off your items. So we will MAKE SURE to have your labels printed, please let us know you are coming to an Early Pick Up.
Avery compatible 5160 label. 1" x 2 5/8". White Laser & Inkjet Label. MUST print in color. IMPORTANT --> Use Google Chrome to print and "uncheck" the "Fit to Page" option in the printer settings. YOU MUST ALSO PRINT IN COLOR and not in black in white as our sorting process depends on color coding.
Consignors enjoy the convenience of curbside service when you drive up and remain in vehicle, while WE unloaded and put away your items. Your items must be marked to donate all OR Waive Your Guarantee and you must have all items prelabeled to take part in Drop & Go program.
In-Store drop-off procedures will be followed: All consignors will unload their cars, bring in their PRE-LABELED items inside, and put them in number order to be checked for the guarantee (or only quality checked if you prefer a quicker drop-off). Once all items have been checked, consignors will put their own items out on the labeled racks and tables. Before leaving your drop-off appointment, you will receive your early shopping passes!
